GoNucleo is an ecosystem for designing, building, and evolving AI-assisted systems—not a single program. It brings together pieces with distinct responsibilities and authorities to design, build, and explain AI-assisted systems with human authority, clear boundaries, and verifiable evidence.

01 / WHAT GONUCLEO IS

An independent lab with a deliberate scope.

GoNucleo develops real, verifiable technical work through a deliberate and experimental approach. Foundation maintains the shared language and boundaries; each piece retains its own responsibility and authority. Foundation is an architectural constitution, not a legal foundation, runtime, daemon, or central orchestrator.

The projects are the evidence.

Work is developed through explicit architecture, boundaries, documentation, validation, and controlled evolution. Decisions stay visible when public explanation adds value; projects show how those concerns become concrete systems and practices.

03 / ECOSYSTEM MAP

Distinct roles, no implied dependency.

Foundation is the architectural constitution. GSA is the flagship architecture for governed systems. GoNucleo Core provides shared deterministic technical semantics. Governor Agent, Living Memory, and Lexidiam are distinct systems with their own boundaries. Factory and Technical Memory provide existing operating capabilities. Studio is a planned editorial application with an approved functional specification; its technical implementation has not formally opened and it is not yet available. This classification communicates public roles, not a dependency chain, Authority hierarchy, orchestration topology, or ownership among Subjects.

04 / HUMAN AUTHORITY

Authority is not delegated by default.

Patricio Castillo is the founder and current human authority for architecture, publication, and technical direction. AI-assisted development operates within that authority: it proposes, documents, and helps validate; it does not replace responsible judgment.
